Population Communication

Founded in 1977 to determine the policies and programs needed to achieve population stabilization. Population Communication encourages world leaders to support the Statement on Population Stabilization, which has been signed by 75 heads of government. Population Communication develops and tests cradle-to-the-grave, child survival, adolescent health, birth spacing, and small family policies and programs in seven countries. By contracting with a manufacturer in Taiwan, Population Communication donates maternal and child health medical equipment to 41 countries.

The Dancing Star Foundation

Is a relatively new non-profit public benefit corporation, an operating foundation, devoted to animal welfare, global biodiversity conservation, and environmental education. The Foundation’s primary emphasis is the maintenance of its various sanctuaries, which provide a refuge for wild habitat and species, as well as domestic animals. In addition, the Foundation is involved in numerous book projects (such as “No Vacancy”); various collaborative global environmental research projects, alliances, lectures, colloquia, and ecological films focusing upon the critical elements for restoration, sustainability, and compassion.

Principal production and distribution of the film and book was funded, in part, by the Fred H. Bixby Foundation. Its distribution were funded by the Fred H. Bixby Foundation. The Bixby Foundation has as its mandate funding innovative family planning/women’s reproductive health and population organizations. Additionally, the Dancing Star Foundation, and Population Communication contributed substantially to this book, and the accompanying feature film documentary by the same title.
